Quest Leadership

A Journey Toward Legacy

Quest serves as a vehicle for non-formal leadership training in international contexts. The program is practical and flexible and delivers credible learning methods that lead to desirable outcomes and competencies related to trans-formational leadership that serves.

Together, we will explore how spiritual leadership differs from the leadership we typically see expressed in society.

Why Quest?

The Quest Leadership Program is committed to assist inter-generational leaders in their pursuit of character and spiritual development. The apostle Paul said it best to the young man, Titus, whom he was slowly and carefully training to take a place of responsible leadership: In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us. (Titus 2:7-8)

Today, the world is encountering an erosion of leadership trust. More than ever, leaders are under intense scrutiny. From politicians to pastors, and every type of leader in between, people (including the media) are prowling like lions, waiting to pounce on anyone who becomes vulnerable to leadership weakness. Corrupt leadership is not isolated to a country or continent; it is a world-wide pandemic. It has the potential to be one of our greatest present-day humanitarian crises.

The Quest Leadership Program affirms that trust can be rebuilt as it promotes what is excellent and profitable for everyone. The program is committed to equipping leaders to be self-controlled, disciplined, upright, and ready to do whatever is good so that no-one can say anything bad about us. Why Quest? Quest encourages participants to live what they have learned and pass it on to emerging leaders, leaving a legacy of effective, efficient and vitalized leadership.

Who is Quest for?

Quest will equip church leaders, and those within the church who are positioned as leaders in the marketplace, to develop a biblically informed and character-based leadership practice. It is also for emerging leaders who are presently in bible college or other training programs. The Quest Leadership Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to enhance leadership effectiveness, sustainability, productivity, and fruitfulness.

What is Quest about?

The word quest means a long search for something or of something such as happiness, knowledge, or truth.1 Sometimes a quest can be long and arduous, but it should always be seen as an adventure. The Quest Leadership Program is not a sprint, it is a marathon, we are in it for the long haul. During the journey you will be rewarded with the core commitments of character driven leadership, strengthening your influence through servant leadership, building a clear and impactful vision, and leaving a legacy through teamwork and mentorship.

The Quest Curriculum

The Quest Leadership Program consists of two type of learning activities: The Quest Leadership Onsite Conference(Keynote Addresses & Worskshops) and the Quest Leadership Online Courses.

Quest Leadership Conferences provide material in an event setting that will encourage, direct, and motivate participants toward healthy leadership principles. The Quest Leadership Courses build on the content received at the conferences in a series of non-formal (adult learning) courses bringing the program to completion. These courses are offered online by the GlobalEd Institute and can be studied independently or as part of a Quest study cohort learning community. For certification purposes, participants will be required to attend all of the conferences and courses.
